Tessa Gillespie (daugher of Helen 'Coulson' Gillespie) started this adventure some years back, Her research lead her to libraries and some traveling. Recently she handed it down to Richard Mark Coulson. Mark has done alot of legwork which has included hours of internet and library research, trips to graveyards and trips to Cecil County, Maryland and Hillsville, Virginia.
Mark's recent trip to Hillsville, Virginia was very successful. Mark visited and interviewed Clyde Lineberry who has lived in the Hillsville area all his life. Clyde is a wealth of information and seems to have a photographic mind for facts and dates. Clyde had alot of information on Connelly Coulson who was Barney Coulson's Father. Grandfather to Reid, Evelyn, Helen, Alene, Jauanita, and Gloria. Hillsville is the childhood playground to Lucy & Barney's children. Pictures include; grandma Coulson's house, gravesites, old Coulson church and family pics.
Mark has traced our roots all the way back to England and is now trying to fill in the holes.

- Coulson's have a little American Indian ancestry ........ which tribe?
Mark has been doing the primary and ancestry research interviews. Also gathering of pictures.

Marj is the appointed secretary for the boys. She keeps us straight and helps with the typing and research.
